November 10, 2025 by Bob Wilkin in 聚焦恩典 - 加5:22-24, 弗5:9
在一篇发表在 LifeTrainingCounseling.org 网站上的文章《圣灵的果子是单数形式》(The Fruit of the Spirit Is Singular)中,大卫·拉尔斯顿(David Ralston)提出,那些“心里有圣灵的人”,必然会显出圣灵的果子。 伊妮德·欧娅(Enid Oa)在网站 TheGospelCitizen.com 上发表了一篇题为《圣灵的果子》(The Fruit of the Spirit)的文章。

Isn’t the Lord’s Redemption Paying for Our Sins?

November 6, 2025 by Bob Wilkin in Blog - agarazō, bought at a price
I recently wrote two blogs in which I suggested that Jesus did not pay the penalty for our sins. See here and here.   My point was that we still reap what we sow. If we rebel against the Lord, we find ourselves, like the prodigal son, in famine and in want.   However, Barbara, who understood and agreed with what

Another Look at the Parable of the Wheat and the Tares, Matthew 13:24-30, 36-43

November 4, 2025 by Bob Wilkin in Blog - false Christians, False Professors, true Christians, True professors
This past Sunday I was sick with a bad cold, so I stayed home, drank plenty of liquids, and rested. At one point, I turned on a TV broadcast of a sermon by Greg Laurie. He began to discuss the wheat and the tares. He said that the wheat represented “true Christians” and the tares “false Christians.” Laurie believes in Lordship Salvation,

Czym jest dyspensacjonalizm?

November 3, 2025 by Bob Wilkin in Jedynie Wiara, czyli darmowa łaska w centrum uwagi - dyspensacje, dyspensacjonalizm, Prawa, Prawo Mojżeszowe

Are Some Believers Fruitless?

October 30, 2025 by Bob Wilkin in Blog - good works
I recently read an article (see here) suggesting that there is no Biblical evidence of believers who go through life with zero good works. The author called them “fruitless believers” and discussed five examples that might be used to support the idea of fruitless believers.  I, too, do not believe that any believer dies with

What Does 2 Peter 3:8 Tell Us About Kingdom Time?

October 28, 2025 by Bob Wilkin in Blog - 2 Peter 3:8, Psalm 90:4
But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. Recently I wrote a blog titled “What Does God Say about Time?” (see here). My friend Bill Fiess pointed out that I forgot to mention 2 Pet 3:8.   He’s right.
