Looking for Good Employees

I have a lot of respect for people who can start their own businesses. They’re able to take a chance and do something new. It’s like rolling the dice. It’s exciting. But they don’t take the safe route. In this area, I’m the opposite. I’m happy working for somebody who’s already started a profitable business.
