Thanksgiving Day After Special Edition
1 Thess 4:13, 1 Tim 2:1-8, Gratitude, Heb 13:15-16, joy, Lord’s Supper, Passover, Psalms, Remembrance, Thanksgiving
Welcome to Grace in Focus radio. Today, Bob Wilkin and Ken Yates continue thoughts from yesterday’s episode about thanksgiving. There is a vital theme in both the Old and New Testaments of remembrance. As Christians, we should have a store of great memories as we reflect on Christ’s redemptive work and on God’s past faithfulness. When it comes to things that cause grief, such as the death of a loved one, there is a difference in being thankful for something and being thankful in it. There is a connection between praising God and thanking God. Please join us for this episode!

How Does a Full Meal Lord’s Supper Meeting Work?
Lord’s Supper
Some churches remember the Lord's Supper during their Sunday morning worship service. Other churches, as Bob's does, dedicate an entire service to the Lord's Supper and incorporates a full meal. Therefore when you come together in one place, it is not to eat the Lord’s Supper. For in eating, each one takes his own supper ahead of others; and one is hungry and another is drunk. What! Do you not have houses to eat and drink in? Or do you despise the church of God

For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread; and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of
