What if Someone Believes in Jesus Without Believing His Promise of Everlasting Life?
1 Cor 15:3-11, Everlasting Life, Gospel, John 3:16, promise, Rom 10:17, Rom 4:20, Secure
Welcome to Grace in Focus radio. Today, Bob Wilkin and Steve Elkins are answering a question from a listener who wonders: “What if a person believes that Jesus’ death and resurrection covers their sins, but does not source their belief in Jesus’ promise that they would never perish but have everlasting life as a result of believing Him for this?” Justification is by faith alone apart from works, based on the Word of God. Faith needs to be in Jesus for what He promised. Please listen to this episode for some clarity on this issue! ***SPECIAL OFFER: Zane Hodges’ book, The Gospel Under Siege–A Study About Faith and Works in Tension is being offered through the month of June, 2023 at half-price on faithalone.org for those who use the code word, “Siege.”***

I Agree With Free Grace, But Why Don’t You Include Death, Burial, & Resurrection in the Believing? Also: Isn’t Having the Lord’s Supper Every Week in a Large Church Burdensome?
1 Cor 15:3-11, Lord’s Supper
Welcome back to Grace in Focus radio. We are continuing to answer our listeners' questions on the show today. First, Bob and Shawn will be answering a question related to the content of saving faith: Must a person believe in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus, in order to be saved? They will also be dealing with some issues related to the Lord's supper. Does the Lord's supper include a weekly meal? If so, how does a church do this effectively? The guys will discuss these topics and more on today's episode of Grace in Focus radio.
