Important:Â The registration process has changed from last year.
Step 1: Enter all registration and meal information for each person that you are registering, including free registrations and all children. This will let us get an accurate attendance count and present you the appropriate meal options for each individual in your group. After you have answered all of the questions for the first registration, click “Add to Cart” and repeat the process for each person that you are registering, clicking “Add to Cart” when you complete each person’s information. The shopping cart to the left will show everyone that has been added.
Step 2: Once you have added all of the people included in your registration, you may add lodging to your order. If you don’t need to add lodging, continue to Step 3.
Step 3: When you have added all registrations and lodging, click “View Cart” to review your order. If the information for any of your registrations is incorrect, remove that registration from your cart and re-add it from this page. When all of the details for your order are correct, proceed to checkout and provide your billing information. If your registration is free, you will still need to check out, but you will not be asked to provide any payment information.
