For first-time attendees, registration is FREE! But you still need to register at this link. Add your free ticket to the shopping cart and check out to complete your registration.
Registration cost is based on the type of registration and the number of days you will attend.

Lodging
We have a block of room reserved at Fairfield Inn & Suites DFW Airport North/Coppell Grapevine. They offer spacious guest rooms, complimentary WiFi, as well as a complimentary hot breakfast. They have a shuttle available to pick you up at DFW Airport and they have agreed to transport conference attendees to and from Coppell Bible Fellowship for each day of the conference. The hotel is in very close proximity to Grapevine which offers many restaurant, shopping, and entertainment options.
They offer a King room or a 2 Queen bed room for $119/night plus taxes, Monday 10/26-Thursday 10/29.

We will not be selling tickets for this year’s Banquet. We have a room reserved for our group but it is limited to 55 individuals for the room. You may still eat in the main dining area if the room is full.
Hard 8 BBQ is a pit-style BBQ restaurant where you stand in line to pick out your meats then go inside to select sides and pay. You may then proceed to the room. Social distancing will not be strictly enforced in the room so please keep that in mind when deciding whether to join us.
