Trip Coordinator Administrator, Part Time - East West Ministries, Plano, Texas

PRIMARY DUTIES - The Trip Coordinator Administrator (TCA) is responsible for short-term trip coordination and supporting the Short-Term Mission Trip Department Administrator with project and planning. The TCA will interact with a diverse group of team leaders, team coordinators, and visitors as well as internal contacts within all levels of the organization. Independent judgment and initiative is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload under pressure and deadlines. Sound decision making proficiencies and superior judgment skills are necessary to maintain day-to-day operation of the Short-Term Mission Trip Department. Attention to detail, focus and the ability to constantly reprioritize are crucial to the success of this position.


  • BA degree or equivalent experience within discipline, highly preferred
  • 2-3 years minimum experience working in a similar role, preferred
  • 2-3 years of ministry/nonprofit experience, preferred

Senior Accountant, Full Time - East West Ministries, Plano, Texas

PRIMARY DUTIES - The Senior Accountant is responsible for the overall monthly accounting processes for Financial Services and must possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to carry out these processes in and for a 501(c)(3) organization. These responsibilities include monthly field funding via wires and other means, field advance reconciliations, managing the month-end process, entering various journal entries and providing accurate and error-free financial reporting. The Senior Accountant is also responsible for calculating monthly CD interest accruals, reviewing journal entries, and monitoring outstanding field ministry advances. Independent judgment and initiative is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload under pressure and deadlines. Sound decision making proficiencies and superior judgment skills are necessary to maintain day-to-day operation of the Financial Services office. In order to be successful, the Senior Accountant must collaborate and maintain a professional working relationship with the Director of FS, the FS team and field personnel, and carry out the required functions in an honest, competent and confident manner.


  • CPA, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting

Director of Human Resources, Full Time - East West Ministries, Plano, Texas

PRIMARY DUTIES - The Director of Human Resources (DHR) attends to the organization’s greatest and most strategic asset, its people. The DHR shall generally be responsible throughout the mission for the following responsibilities, including, but not limited to: employee development, employee relations, performance management, compensation compliance, benefits administration, policies and procedures, and knowledge and understanding with adherence to all national, state and local requirements of employment within a missionary sending non-profit organization. The DHR will also be a leader that promotes a high-performance, service-oriented culture both within the department and throughout the organization, promoting and setting standards for clear responsibility, defined authority, appropriate accountability and needed supervisory support for each member of the East-West team. The DHR will oversee, direct and carry out human resource activities by relying on Biblical principles, experience and judgment to accomplish our ministry goals.


  • A minimum of 5 years in a senior HR role at an organization required
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required, preferably with a major in Human Resources
  • Experience within a mission-sending organization highly preferred
  • Experience managing direct report staff required
  • Maintenance of a standard of continuing education in the human resource discipline
  • SPHR highly preferred but not required (PHR required or equivalent experience required)
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with solid organization, process and planning skills
  • Display a growing and mature faith in Jesus Christ

Vice President of Mobilization, Full Time - East West Ministries, Plano, Texas

PRIMARY DUTIES - The VP of Mobilization is responsible for leading the mobilization strategy for East-West Ministries. This includes the oversight of mobilizing prayer partners, church partners, long term, mid-term missionaries and short term mission trips to meet the goals of East-West. The VP of Mobilization is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the recruiting and hiring for all operational and missionary positions for the organization. Additionally, the VP of Mobilization will oversee the onboarding of new missionaries including orientation and training of missionaries and new operational hires. The VP of Mobilization oversees completion of field ministry deployment requirements. The VP of Mobilization will provide oversight of all assessments (SOI, Myers Briggs, Strength Finders, DISC, misc.). The VP of Mobilization will oversee the communication of the Mobilization Department with all mobilized partners and resources to leverage opportunities for further engagement with East-West.


  • BA degree or equivalent experience required, preferably within discipline
  • 5-10 years minimum experience working in mobilization and/or missions role, required
  • 5-10 years of ministry/nonprofit experience, required
  • Experience with assessments (ex: Style of Influence, Myers Briggs, Strength Finders, Discovery Report, etc.)
  • Management experience

  • Demonstrates a healthy, growing spiritual life, including a servant attitude toward leadership responsibilities
  • Ability to travel at least once a year on a short term mission trip
  • Ability to provide clear direction during stressful situation

Senior Pastor - International Baptist Church, Honolulu, Hawaii

PRIMARY DUTIES – The Senior Pastor provides guidance, care, and oversight for the faith-family so it fulfills its God-ordained mandate of evangelizing the world, growing into the likeness of Jesus Christ, and bringing consistent exaltation and worship of God. Fundamentally, the Senior Pastor serves the Pastoral Team, Staff, and faith-family of International Baptist Church by providing spiritual leadership. This will be accomplished primarily through the ministries of preaching, teaching, praying, shepherding, modeling Christ-likeness, and providing godly leadership in the fulfillment of God’s vision and purposes for the faith-family. He shall conduct regular church services, organize the preaching ministry of the church, and be responsible for the overall administration of church business. He is an ex-officio member of all ministries and committees. He is accountable to the will and mind of the Church body, which shall be expressed through the Board of Deacons. This is a full-time Pastoral Leadership Team position.


  1. Meets the qualifications of pastor as found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and successfully completed the ordination process or is in the process of doing so.
  2. Possesses at least a Bachelor’s Degree and Divinity Degree.
  3. Three years of successful ministerial experience, evidencing the ability to fulfill this position effectively (desirable but not required).

    Grace Church is seeking to recruit a high caliber, self-driven man to assist in leading the Student Ministries department in this dynamic ministry.     Reach into local campus’s to start new small groups, impacting students lives
